TabTrade — What It Is
TabTrade.com opened in March 2026. CFD broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the well-known broker.
The BlackBull connection matters. It suggests the person running this has actually done this before. That is not a guarantee. But better than a random name you cannot trace.
TabTrade came out of the gate with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same facilities institutional desks use. Most new brokers leads with marketing and bonuses. TabTrade led with infrastructure. Interesting choice.
Market coverage: forex, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, equities, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. 1,000+. For something that launched in March 2026, that coverage is not narrow.
Platforms
They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Two major platforms from a single account. Most brokers pick one platform. Having both matters. Use whichever you prefer.
MT5 is the default. Full charting, automated trading, huge user base. If you have used MT4 or MT5 before, there are no surprises.
cTrader by Spotware is the alternative. Cleaner order book. More responsive charts. cBot support. Many people find it more natural after using both.
FIX API is offered for automated strategies but needs the VIP account ($25,000 to open). TradingView is reportedly in the works. That will be a good addition when it lands.
Accounts and Pricing
Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Easy to track. Zero deposit requirement. Works for people who want simple pricing.
Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the raw spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. So your real cost sometimes sits below 0.5 pips. That is hard to beat for an offshore broker. Most platforms that have spreads this tight require a minimum deposit. TabTrade has no minimum.
VIP. $25,000 deposit required. FIX API, faster fills, custom pricing. Not relevant to the average person. Do not worry about it unless you trade institutionally.
Execution Speed
The execution is where Tab Trade actually does something different. Equinix data centres. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. The average platform quote hundreds of milliseconds.
Does it matter? For short-term trading, it does. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is profit or loss on tight trades. If you hold positions longer, it matters less. What matters is the infrastructure is there. That is what kind of broker this is.
Pair that infrastructure with the Edge account pricing and the total package is strong. Not many platforms with no minimum deposit have infrastructure at this level.
The FSRA Question
Now, the detail that matters. The broker is under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No CySEC. No investor compensation scheme. If that is a dealbreaker, look elsewhere. There are FCA-regulated options out there.
That said. The founder came from BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The server placement is not cheap. Dodgy operations do not pay for Equinix connectivity. That does not replace tier-1 regulation. It should be part of how you think about it.
What you are accepting: no FCA or ASIC safety net. For that: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether the trade-off works comes down to your priorities.
The Bonus
Tab Trade runs bonus funds of up to $2,000. Standard welcome offer. You put money in, TabTrade add bonus funds. The normal fine print: turnover conditions before you can withdraw the bonus. Review the fine print before you deposit.
